Q: How do I get an account?

A: Request a demo from us and receive a free trial here. If you are satisfied with the product you may start a subscription at any time.

 

Q: I can't remember my password...

A: You can reset your password by visiting the InRule Process Automation login page and clicking on the link Forgot your password? Fill out the e-mail address associated with your account, and you will receive an e-mail with further instructions. If you cannot remember the correct e-mail address, please contact Process Automation support via the form or by email.

 

Q: I’ve used the Forgot your password? link but I haven’t received an e-mail...

A: It can take a few minutes for the e-mail to arrive. If you still do not get a message, please contact Process Automation support via the form or by email.

 

Q: I can’t log in to Process Automation...

A: Your account may be disabled. This can happen for a number of reasons:

  • Too many login attempts. After four failed login attempts your account will be disabled. To have your account re-enabled, please contact Process Automation support via the form or by email.

  • The contract owner or contract administrator has disabled you. Please contact the contract owner or contract administrator for more information

Q: Does Process Automation support different languages?

A: Currently Process Automation supports Swedish and English.

 

Q: Is Process Automation available on Mac or on browsers other than Internet Explorer?

A: Yes it is. We aim to support all modern browsers.
