The Contract Management page on Barium Live contains of four different views
- Overview - in which you manage contract settings and contract information such as invoice details etc.
- Spaces - in which you add and manage spaces connected the contract. Learn more about managing Spaces in this article.
- Users - in which you manage user accounts, licenses and permissions. Learn more about managing Users in this article.
- Administrators - in which you manage contract administrators. Learn more about managing contract administrators in this article.
The Contract Overview contain a header where you can see a summary of the contract information. It also contain three tabs - Contract Info, Contract Details and Invoice Details. The information in the Contract Info and Contract Details tabs is read only for the Client and can only be changed by Barium personell, except the setting to allow users to create spaces within the contract that is found under the Contract Details. If you want to make any other changes in this information please contact a Barium sales representative.
The information in the Invoice Details tab can be edited by the Client.
In the contract details tab you can configure what the members in a space should be allowed to do or not. It is possible to disable the ability for members of the contract to create new spaces. This is useful if you need to have a little more control over what people in an organization creates.
Disabling the possibility for people to edit their own contact information is possible by unchecking the checkbox "Allow users to edit their own user information". For those organizations who have integrated their user catalogs such as Active Directory, this is useful to ensure that user information is managed centrally.
Update Invoice details
The information found under Invoice details is the one used by Barium when invoicing. If you need to change this information for any reason, just click the Edit button in the bottom of the page and make the necessary changes.
