Instance configuration

Besides the possibility to work in a task and edit task specific information, it is also possible to administrate and edit information for the instance. This is done from the instance overview tab "Common task" / Instance configuration.

Planning

Like in the picture below of the Instance configuration interface you are able to edit the name and description of the instance. But you are also able to edit the priority of the instance that will be displayed in the instance overview, set a planned completion date and an deadline.

Participant Configuration

It is also possible to assign participants to specific roles connected to the lanes in the application.

NOTE: The fields should be empty by default if the performer is assigned via a rolemapper or in any other way then role assignment on a sequence flow and if an assignment is made in this view.
