In the Barium Live BPMN Modeler 2.0 it is possible to work collaboratively when creating process models. This feature makes it very easy to work together with others to create process models collaboratively. No need for screen sharing software, at most you can set up a conference call with your participants and have a dialog at the same time that you model the process.

By sharing your process model you can invite other modelers to the process while you are modeling and they will be able to join and in real time see the changes that you are doing in the process.

All the other participants in the modeling session show up in the modeling tool and you can see their profile image.

By clicking on the profile image you can send chat messages to each other in the chat window.

If one of the other participants wants to over  and model the process he/she can Request to model from the person currently modeling.

The person currently modeling will see the request and can choose to hand over the controls or continue modeling.

If you choose to hand over the controls the person that requested the controls will be able to start modeling and you will need to request to model to get them back.

If you choose to deny the request the requester will receive a notification about that and will the current modeler will continue to have control.

If the person in control suddenly leaves the modeling session, loses his/her internet connection or connection to Barium Live then all other participants will be notified of this and be able to take over so that work can continue.
