In addition to the collaborative functions in the modeling tool, Process Studio there is also a feature for notes.

All users with permission to edit the model can add notes to all symbols in the process to collaborate through the process development.

Create a note

1. Select the desired symbol and click on Add note in the upper menu a pop-up for notifications appear.

2. Add your comment to the symbol.
