  1. Script Task
    It is now possible to use Script Tasks in process applications. It can be used to automate certain steps in the process using Script Components that are available to drag-and-drop onto the Script Tasks. The first script component available is Set Field Value and can be configured to automatically set information in fields in a form in several ways.

    A great addition to creating smart applications that reduce and remove manual waste.

  2. Corporate login
    SAML 2.0 is standard that makes it possible to connect an Identity Provider that is used in a company with Barium Live. This basically means that users will be able to log into Barium Live using the username and password that they have on their computer. It also allows customers to automate user synchronization from internal catalogue services and Barium Live which can completely remove the need to manually add, remove or update user accounts and details in Barium Live.

    It requires that you have an Identity Provider that supports SAML 2.0 and that Barium Live has built support for and that we configure the connection to Barium Live together with you as a customer. Depending on your needs the set up can be customized in a number of different ways.

Navigate between mobile and desktop version on mobile device
When you on a mobile device navigate to the desktop version of Barium Live you will now find a link that will get you back to the mobile version again if desirable.

Clearer loading icon when completing tasks
The loading icon when completing tasks has been improved to indicate more clearly that Barium Live is working on completing tasks.

Move form to folder
This new setting allows you to configure an applications forms so that they are placed in a specific folder for an instance in run-time. It can be used for new forms or to move forms mid-process and makes it possible to create and organize a folder structure that is the same for each instance. A useful configuration for applications that tend to have a lot of forms, files and data where a structure is perhaps useful or even necessary.

Move auto-assign setting to be dependent on using the new task view
Auto-assign is a setting that can be set for roles in a process application in the participant configuration settings view. We have moved its placement to make it clearer that it only works in the new task view.

Fixed issues

  • Fixed an issue where in the event log did not correctly show the last login date for users in a contract.
  • Fixed an issue the Barium Live API that didn't return all columns in for the method /lists/{id}.
  • Fixed an issue where it was sometimes not possible to save a BPMN 1 process application.
  • Fixed an issue where the total number of users in a contract did not show the correct number.
  • Fixed an issue where Number Series for an application was lost.
  • Fixed an issue where text annotations for BPMN 2 process models looked strange.
