1. Schedule Timer Events
Schedule is a brand new configuration section for timers in start and intermediate events for BPMN 2.0 process applications. With this feature it is possible to schedule when a process application should trigger if configured on start events or to wait for the next occurrence of something when pausing a process on an intermediate event.

2. Call Activities
Call Activities in BPMN 2.0 processes have been possible to model for a while. With this upgrade they can also be run in deployed BPMN 2.0 process applications.

3. Reusable Roles
Reusable roles is a new feature that makes it possible to configure roles that should be used and reused across multiple processes that exist in the same process application when one or more processes are added as Call Activities to another process.

4. Process Message
Process Messages is a new feature that allows a process to trigger another process via a message and to pass data from form fields between the different process applications.

5. Expressions for gateways
Automating gateways using expressions for BPMN 2.0 process applications now has full support for Inclusive Gateways in the same way as Exclusive Gateways have had for a while now.

6. User experience when completing tasks - Go to URL
Go to URL is a new User Experience setting on Sequence Flows for BPMN 2.0 processes allowing you to configure a URL that you want a user to be redirected to after completing a task or creating a new instance. This is useful for those solutions where users are redirected into Barium Live from an external URL or system and where you want the user to be redirected back to the other system after they completed a task or started a new instance.

7. Multi Instance Task
Multi Instance Task now works in BPMN 2.0 process applications and will give each user who is a member of a role in a process a task to perform. When each task has been completed the entire multi instance task will be completed and the process will continue.

8. Disable users to edit their own user information
There is a new checkbox setting in contracts called Allow users to edit their own user information which by default is checked. If you uncheck the setting it will disable the possibility for the users who are members of the contract to edit their own contact information. This is useful if you have a user synchronisation setup to your space and you need to ensure that users cannot edit contact information that is supposed to be handled centrally.

Redirecting users to default space when opening Barium Live
We have improved the user experience for users who, for example have chosen “remember me” on the login page. Those users will now automatically be redirected into their chosen default space instead of seeing the “My startpage” when opening Barium Live.

Improved the time it takes to load users and roles when tagging a user in a comment. It’s now loads a lot faster when type the @-sign and searching for users and roles to tag.
Fixed an issue where a contract owner could not edit the information for some user accounts that were Trial users earlier.
Fixed an issue where in some cases the profile card for a user in the Performer column in lists did not load properly.
Fixed some languages issues and misspellings
Fixed an issue where it was sometimes possible for a user to edit and upload information in a form that was currently locked by another user who was working with the form first.
Fixed an issue where a list could not be deleted if a form template that was used to present information in it was deleted first.
Fixed an issue where the timestamp for when a form was last edited could sometimes mistakenly show a future time stamp.
Fixed an erroneous text on the sign-up page for Barium Live.
Fixed some spelling errors in the contract administrator view when adding new users as contract administrators.
Fixed misspellings in the space settings view in the Integrations panel
Fixed an issue where downloading a list of all users in a space would sometimes throw an unwanted error.
We have made some slight improvements to the Attachments Folder field including fixes to the loading icons and more.
Fixed some translations to help texts in the Barium Live BPMN Modeler 2.0
Fixed an issue where BPMN 2.0 process models sometimes did not load properly because a form that existed in the process model was deleted.
Fixed an issue where a Swedish error message would show instead of an english one when trying to access the external URL link for a process model that is no longer available externally.
Fixed an issue for the Fieldset field in Internet Explorer where it would not expand properly to show its content.
Fixed an issue where very long texts for a value in a value list would cause the list page to show a blank page. Now you can only have a maximum of 400 characters for a single value in a value list.
Fixed an issue where sometimes the resources panel for a process model could be opened but not closed in the task view.
